Beginners Sewing Classes - Family Rate

In addition to being your destination for well-made, timeless clothing Enola Mae Atelier is also your destination for sewing classes! 

If you’ve never used a sewing machine before and have always wanted to learn, you need a refresher course and help to troubleshoot your machine or you’re looking to expand your skills into garment construction, I've got you covered.  Our sewing classes are for ages 7+, all genders. Everyone can learn to sew if they want to! 

Located in the classroom space of Quiltmania at 1442 Jadwin Ave #C in Richland Washington’s Uptown area, Enola Mae Atelier is currently offering private beginners sewing classes for a maximum of three students at a time only with availability the following dates and times: 

Every other Monday evening from 5pm-6:30pm   

Every other Friday evening from 4pm-7pm CLASS IS FULL 

The beginners sewing classes are designed to build a strong sewing foundation starting with learning about your sewing machine and the parts of it. We cover sewing room first aid and safety, hand-stitching, basic fiber knowledge,straight and curved seams as well as pivoting and seam allowances. We also cover how to clip, notch and grade seams, read a basic sewing pattern and seam finishes.  Each week we’ll be doing a new simple project, each slightly more complex than the one before.

Throw Pillow with applique 

Apron with pocket  

Bowl cozy  

5 weeks of sewing classes is $150 per person.  Family rate for a maximum of 3 people from the same household (NO EXCEPTIONS) is $200.
